Sicily Villa Twenty is a romantic stone villa overlooking the deep-blue Mediterranean on the enchanting island of Panarea. This rustic, Aeolian-style property has two adjoining, yet independent residences with separate entrances.
The coastline villa offers breathtaking views of Stromboli and the rock of Basiluzzo from its rooftop terrace.

3 BEDROOMS & 3 BATHROOMS
Ground Floor: 1 spacious queen bedroom with en suite bathroom with tub with shower, connected to sitting/dining area.
First Floor: 2 queen bedrooms, each with en suite bathroom.

LIVING SPACES
Ground Floor: Fully equipped kitchenette and terrace with sea view.
First Floor: Living/dining room, sea-view terrace, fully equipped kitchen.

OUTSIDE FEATURES
Furnished rooftop terrace with comfortable lounge chair and a white billowy tent to provide shelter from the warm rays. Large ground-floor seaside terrace with furnished solarium.

AMENITIES
A/C, stereo/DVD, TV in all bedrooms, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, hair dryers in all bathrooms. Cellular phone available for guest use.

SPECIAL CHARACTERISTICS
This two-story stone house with white wood trim is built and decorated in simple, nautical style—a clean sweep of all-white walls dressed with country white and brown wood furniture. The terraces offer a relaxing retreat with endless views of the sea.

For arrivals and departures, complimentary transfers are offered to and from the harbor or the heliport of the villa. Stroll to the island center and enjoy the excellent restaurants and exclusive boutiques or take excursions by ferry or hydrofoil to Filicudi, Messina, Milazzo, Naples, and Palermo!
