Our three-bedroom beachfront villas located beyond Rocky Point (a landmark spit of land on Parrot Cay's beach) are known as Rocky Point, Lucky House and Dhyani House. They’re all privately owned houses forming part of Parrot Cay Estate. Available to rent, they share the resort’s relaxed-contemporary style.

These houses are all about space – bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, a living and dining area, a large sundeck with private pool and outdoor dining area as well as direct access to the sand. The properties include extra services including a butler and WiFi.
