Our Villa Seven has been constructed over three floors. The main entrance on the ground floor leads to a very spacious living room with huge open fireplace andbeamed ceilings and has two comfortable seating areas, a flat screen satellite television with DVD player and wireless internet throughout.

Arched windows surround the room making it very bright and it opens onto a paved terrace which is shaded by the trees and has a circular, wrought iron table and chairs. There is a fully equipped farmhouse kitchen with open fireplace and a rectangular table and chairs to seat up to fourteen. From here doors open out to the summer kitchen and swimming pool area.

On this floor are two double bedrooms; one has an en suite bathroom with circular shower and the second one has a separate bathroom with bathtub. Stairs lead to the first floor where there are two air-conditioned bedrooms. The master with double/twin beds and a small desk and private terrace overlooking the gardens. It has a separate bathroom with bath tub and shower. The second bedroom is a spacious double with private terrace overlooking the swimming pool area and en suite bathroom with bathtub and shower.

On the lower floor is the third bedroom, a double with its own bathroom with shower, this is ideal for staff or teenagers wanting privacy. On this level there is also a laundry room and guest bathroom. The guesthouse is set away from the main villa and here you will find two bedrooms which share a bathroom with bath tub; one double and one double/twin. There is an open plan living area with kitchen and a cosy living/dining area with small private terrace.

The well maintained gardens are peaceful and have an array of Mediterranean plants and trees. There is also a boule court and table tennis table. The gated 14 x 6.5 metre swimming pool can be heated in cooler months and is surrounded by sun terraces for sunbathing.

The covered summer kitchen has a built-in barbeque and table and chairs for dining and a comfortable seating area. This is a very charming home ideal for spending time with family or a group of friends.
