Villa Nine has recently been totally renovated to provide a comfortable and spacious contemporary home. The gardens are in two distinct styles, the lush lawned front gardens with raised terrace with seating and dining furniture is an idyllic spot for breakfast.

To the side and rear are the newly decked terraces with sun beds, lots of comfortable sofas, a covered dining area and large gas barbeque. The decking surrounds the 10 x 4.5 metre heated Balinese style pool with electric cover for safety.

The interiors are light and bright, all bedrooms have air conditioning and there is wi-fi internet access. There is a fully fitted kitchen with central island and stainless steel appliances, a separate dining room and a lounge with feature fireplace, comfortable seating, satellite television and hi-fi system.

There are 4 bedrooms, a childrens room with two sets of bunk beds and an en-suite bathroom, and three double bedrooms each with a bathroom. These are decorated with modern furniture and fabrics and have king or super king size beds.
