Our Villa Eleven can be rented with either the 4 bedrooms (one single) in the main house or with an extra double bedroom accessed independently from the garden. The villa is very stylish with beautiful interiors. There is off street parking for one car and the stepped gardens include a 9 metre infinity swimming pool and lovely terraces for sunbathing and outside dining.

Being built into the hillside the entrance to the house is on the top floor. Here you will find four bedrooms; a spacious and bright Master bedroom with superb terrace overlooking the Port of Villefranche sur Mer. This has an en suite bathroom with walk in shower. Bedroom number two is a single with access to a terrace and en suite bathroom with shower. There are two twin/double bedrooms which share a bathroom with bathtub and overhead shower. One of the bedrooms opens onto a terrace with sea views.

Stairs lead down to the main living area which is open-plan and divided into four distinct areas: A formal dining area and sitting room with comfortable sofas and feature fireplace. Both have French doors opening onto a terrace which benefits from lovely sea views. The terrace is furnished with sofas and table and chairs for outside dining. There is an additional inside seating area with sofa and satellite television with DVD player. Also on this level are the guest cloakroom and a fully equipped kitchen with access to the side terrace and outside laundry room. From here steps lead down to the 5th bedroom, a double / twin with en-suite shower room opening on to a lawned garden with seating areas.

On the lower level is there is a 4 x 9 metre infinity swimming pool which can be heated upon request. This is a lovely property in the perfect village location.
