Villa Seventeen is set in large fully enclosed gardens of 6000 square metres with private parking for 4 cars and further off road private parking just outside the gate. The gardens are beautifully kept with a small orchard, many ancient palm and olive trees and walkways throughout the flower beds.

The 12 x 5 metre pool has an adjacent pool house with small kitchen and shower and pergola covered dining area and here there is also a lovely lily pond. The villa is extremely spacious with high ceiling and large rooms andthe owners have retained many of the original features including frescoed ceilings, the original fireplaces and floors and interior woodwork and doors.

The interiors are a lovely blend of modern furniture and new bathrooms with antique pieces of art and furniture. The location on a quiet road and the superb sea views from virtually every room and terrace make this a very special place. On the ground floor there is an enormous kitchen / breakfast room opening onto a terrace, the formal dining room, and drawing room/library and guest cloakroom.

The fully fitted laundry room also has a shower room, ideal when returning from a sandy beach. On the first floor there is the master bedroom with air conditioning and ensuite bathroom and a double with its own very modern bathroom. On the top floor there are two further elegant double bedrooms both with air conditioning which share a bathroom and a small kitchen area with tea and coffee making facilities and a drinks fridge.

This is an elegant holiday home in an ideal location between the town and beaches.
