The fully enclosed grounds are accessed via electric gates, there are several parking spots along the fairly steep driveway up to the house. The property is built over three floors, at entry level from the hallway there is a spiral staircase to a cosy reading room.

To the left is the open plan living dining area with feature fireplace, formal dining area and a superb modern fully fitted kitchen. From the living doors lead out to the outside dining terrace with spectacular 180 degree sea views. To the right of the hallway there is the master bedroom with en-suite bathroom with tub and separate shower and a double/twin with en suite shower room, both with sea views. A few step lead up to the third bedroom, a double with en-suite shower and again a lovely sea views.

Steps from the living area lead down to the pool with sun terraces, covered seating and dining and two further double bedrooms which share a shower room, each with sea views. The 12 x 5 metre infinity pool can be heated on request.

The villa is beautifully decorated and furnished and benefits from satellite TV, Bose surround sound music system and is fully air conditioned. For those who have to keep in touch, there is high speed internet access and an all in one printer/fax/scanner.

A simply stunning holiday destination, just minutes from sandy beaches and the pretty village of la Croix Valmer.
