Located in a quiet, private secure and gated domaine a few kilometres from St Tropez is this lovely 4/5 bedroom villa. The property is located in very large (3300 sq metre) grounds with manicured lawns and specimen trees and benefits from superb sea views across the bay to St Tropez itself. Sandy beaches and water taxi services are just a few minutes away.

The villa itself is on one level around a small central courtyard. There is the “winter salon” which is very spacious with TV and DVD, feature fireplace and study area, there is also wi-fi internet and Sky satellite. The shady courtyard has a casual dining area.

The main living room is stunning light and bright with comfortable sofas and a formal dining area and this opens onto the pool terrace, both with lovely sea views. There is a fully fitted kitchen leading off the living room.

There are 4 bedrooms on this level, a double with en-suite shower room opening onto the sun terrace.

Bedroom 2 has a king size bed with en-suite bathroom with Jacuzzi tub and separate shower and this again opens on to the pool terrace.

Bedroom 3 is a double with sitting area and en-suite shower room with power shower.

Bedroom 4 is a double with en-suite shower room. On request on a lower level there is a delightful studio with kitchenette and shower room ideal for personal staff or perhaps teenagers.

On the lower level there is also the laundry room with extra refrigerators. The pool, which can be heated on request, is 9.5 x 4.5 metres and this has steps and a shallow end ideal for younger children.

A really beautiful family home in a tranquil setting yet just 20 minutes from the shops and nightlife that St Tropez offers.

Additional Information:	We include a welcome grocery pack, fresh flowers and toiletries. Guests are personally greeted at the villa by one of our team and prior to arrival will have received by email a full information pack. There will also be a hard copy information pack at the villa upon arrival and guests will be provided with our 24 hour emergency number. For reasons of security we strongly advise guests not to book rental cars through the traditional companies. We have good relationships with 2 car rental companies who provide locally registered cars and will meet guests at the airport with keys thus avoiding lengthy queues. Alternatively we can organize rental cars to be delivered to the villa. Here our local concierge is on hand to help with airport transfers, car rental, restaurant bookings, taxis, yacht charter, visiting beauticians and much more.
