This lovely family villa is located in 2 hectares of private grounds nestled among the famous Cote deProvence vineyards of Chateau Minuty and Barbeyrolles with views of the old town of Gassin.

The 14 x 7 metre swimming pool has adjacent sun terraces furnished with sun beds and parasols and can be heated upon request. To the front of the villa is a pergola covered dining area and gas barbeque andthere are comfortable sofas and armchairs with a giantparasol for shade.

The newly built property is furnished to a very high standard in the modern Provencal style. There is a large fully fitted kitchen breakfast room and separate laundry. The elegant and spacious formal dining room is adjacent to the large living room with comfortable sofas and a feature fireplace, there are French doors leading out to the front terrace.

On the ground floor you will find a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with tub and separate shower and a dressing room. On the first floor there are a double and a twin bedroom each with en-suite shower room, and two further double bedrooms with en-suite shower rooms which share a WC.

One of the bedrooms opens onto a rear private terrace. On request there is a charming, newly refurbished two bedroom guest apartment with shared shower room and separate wc. The first room is a twin with the option of being a double and the second is a double bedroom.

This is a great family villa in a very private and tranquil setting yet within easy reach of the beaches of Pampelonne.

Additional Information:	We include a welcome grocery pack, fresh flowers and toiletries. Guests are personally greeted at the villa by one of our team and prior to arrival will have received by email a full information pack. There will also be a hard copy information pack at the villa upon arrival and guests will be provided with our 24 hour emergency number. For reasons of security we strongly advise guests not to book rental cars through the traditional companies. We have good relationships with 2 car rental companies who provide locally registered cars and will meet guests at the airport with keys thus avoiding lengthy queues. Alternatively we can organize rental cars to be delivered to the villa.
