Villa Forty Six is Ideally set in a short distance from Kalafatis beach. Villa Forty Six is part of a complex of 3 brand new separate villas, two of which are available for hire, that offer some of the most luxurious and comfortable accommodation on the island.

This mainstream residence has been designed with respect to the traditional cubic design of the Cyclades, combining the character of natural materials like rock and wood with the comfort and convenience of contemporary design and the welcoming atmosphere of a loved home. The outdoor areas offer various pergola-shaded areas for dining or lounging about and enjoying the fabulous view of the Aegean, as well as an impressive infinity swimming pool.


Pale colors dominate the interior of this five-bedroom villa in a setting of high wooden ceilings and minimal furnishings, with the numerous windows providing ample sunlight to the living areas. The living room is spacious and bright, with clean lines and modern furnishings, highlighted by sophisticated designer touches.
