Our Maui Pool Villa Eight at Wailea Beach is a three bedroom, three and a half bath luxurious upscale residence with a seemingly direct oceanfront setting and broad panoramic close-up ocean views! In contrast to many other residences within the Wailea Beach Villas, the view of the ocean is not pushed off into the distance.

You have more than 3,200 square feet of upscale living space with an abundance of all-new decor. Just installed in fall 2011 are fresh live green plants, new carpet in all rooms, new down-stuffed sofa, new he great room, and the master bedroom. Further, Maui Pool Villa Eight at Wailea Beach has a unique corner location that provides a considerable amount of privacy.

This may be the only one of 98 "Wailea Beach Villas" that offer so much privacy for outdoor relaxation. Also, Maui Pool Villa Eight at Wailea Beach is wrapped on 3 sides by lush verdant tropical greenery that gives it a tucked into the garden sort of feeling.

New furnishings, new upholstery on indoor and outdoor cushions, new bed and bath linens, new table linens, new wall decor, new bath accessories, new cookware and kitchen goods, and larger size toiletry products - now with locally sourced ingredients.

There are three very spacious bedroom suites. Two master bedrooms have an ocean view, king beds, and en-suite baths. The third bedroom has patio access, an en-suite bath and two twins or a 3rd king bed.

Maui Pool Villa Eight at Wailea Beach is now stocked with useful guest supplies such as coffee beans, teas, popcorn, herbs/spices, full-size containers of assorted soap and paper products, make-up remover, and more. We also provide beach coolers, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, and beach towels. These items are helpful if you wish to explore other nearby beaches and if participating in water sports or on boat/yacht excursions.

The great room has a brand new 60 inch super-thin LED HD TV. All rooms now have HD cable boxes with HD programs. The great room has an HD DVR to record your favorite programs when at the beach. Free NETFLIX unlimited viewing in the great room and all bedrooms. iPod dock alarm clock radios have been added to all bedrooms, and an ipod dock in the living room channels your personal music selection through the villa-wide central speaker system. There is a PS2 in the third bedroom along with an abundant assortment of PS2 games. All bedrooms and the great room have a DVD/CD player.

The gourmet kitchen is well-equipped with a generous array of better quality cooking and dining supplies. Rental of a cabana provides access to the Grand Wailea pools & water slides (height requirement applies) for up to four persons per day per cabana. Reservations are accepted only within 24 hours on a space available basis. You may also rent sports gear and beach chaise lounges/umbrellas in front of the Grand Wailea on Wailea Beach, although we also provide portable beach chairs, towels, umbrellas and coolers in your villa and at the separate Wailea Beach Villas pools.
