Jamaica Villa Six is a deluxe beachfront villa located on the sugary white sands of beautiful Discovery Bay. It offers a gorgeous setting and private pool as well as private tennis court and full staff. Built on two levels, the interiors are both stylish and comfortable. An expansive living room and dining room opens to views of the bay.

A dining area seats 12 with a buffet area and it opens onto a dining terrace which seats an additional 6 guests. The family room is tastefully furnished and features an LCD TV and home office with a computer, telephone and fax. Additionally, Wireless Internet is throughout.

The home boasts an air-conditioned gym and adjoining spa room. Spa specialists are available on call. An over the water gazebo offers 270 degree views of the mountains, bay and Caribbean Sea and is the ideal setting for savoring dramatic sunsets.

For outdoor enjoyment, there is a private tennis court with lights for night play as well as a 16 x 36 infinity edge styled private pool and outdoor hot tub. Complementary sea kayaks and snorkeling equipment are provided as well. A wet bar complete with an ice-maker is located adjacent to the expansive covered terrace that opens to the garden, pool and beach beyond.

The state of the art kitchen provides a commercial oven, microwave and outdoor gas grill. The villa features six bedrooms and 6.5 baths. All of the bedrooms are air-conditioned, have safes as well as flat screen TV's and all offer private balconies/verandahs with views of the bay.

The owners of Jamaica Villa Six have provided luxurious nighttime comfort by installing top-of-the-line mattresses and pillows, and hypo-allergenic down featherbed mattress toppers. Four of the bedrooms as well as the family room are located on the upper level and two are located in a private downstairs annex.

The master bedroom suite is located on the upper level and has 840 square feet with a king sized bed and spacious en-suite bathroom with shower, double basin vanity and whirlpool tub. It, also, offers a sitting room furnished with a double sized sofa bed. A private balcony provides the ideal setting to relax and savor the views of the sparking bay.

The second upstairs bedroom is 540 square feet and has a king sized bed, en-suite bathroom with a large walk in shower and a private balcony as well.

The thrid bedroom is 480 square feet and offers a king sized bed, en-suite bathroom with walk in shower and private balcony as well. Bedroom #4 has 450 square feet and two queen-size beds as well as an en-suite bathroom bath tub-shower combination. This room can easily accommodate 4-6 children and is complete with TV, video games and a Playstaion. This bedroom has a private balcony as well (the door may be locked if desired). Maximum desired occupancy is 12 guests plus 2 infants.

On request, the villa can accommodate 2 additional children age 12 or under for an additional rate of $50 per child per day. A full staff of butler, cook, housekeeper/laundress and gardener enhances guest's pampering at this fabulous new home.

Please note that for large family reunions/groups, the villa may be combined with other neighboring villas in Discovery Bay such as Fortlands Point, Sugar Bay, Keelawee, Whispering Waters, A Summer Place, Sundown, Coral Cove 1 & 2, Seagapes & Sea Haven. Makana is highly recommended for the most discerning travelers as it provides a spectacular home on a gorgeous sugary white sand beach.
