In a perfect world, you would have all your wants met including the services of a masseuse or a nanny to take care of your children while you enjoy some adult time. In a perfect world, you would enjoy bonfires on the beach, listen to your own kind of music and roast marshmallows in the fire with your children.

In a perfect world you would have your own personal water sports director who would take you on canoe trips and assist you in exploring the surrounding beaches or arrange any boating trips that you may want.

Jamaica Villa Ten is a wonderful and luxurious beachfront villa. The home was completely refurbished in 2002 yet still retains the warmth and character of the original home and decor. The property is situated on 4.5 beachfront acres with lush, mature vegetation. A two storey home, it features polished hardwood floors, traditionally styled four poster beds, oriental rugs and many original Jamaican art pieces.

The main floor features a comfortable living area with large French double doors that open to a spacious covered verandah. The verandah overlooks the pool and white sandy beach with the spectacular Caribbean Sea beyond. A formal dining room is filled with antiques, heirloom silver and offers ocean views as well. The main floor also features three bedrooms to include the children's room.

One of the downstairs bedrooms has a king sized bed, en-suite bath, flat screen TV and opens to a poolside terrace. The other downstairs bedroom is equipped with two double beds, en-suite bathroom and opens to a poolside terrace as well. Please note that the third main floor bedroom (or 5th bedroom of the villa) is suitable only as a children's room as it is outfitted with bunk beds, trundle beds, a computer, Nintendo and lots of games and books.

Upstairs, there are two very spacious and well appointed bedroom suites. Both of these bedrooms open directly to a spacious, covered and comfortable furnished verandah overlooking the ocean. The verandah is the perfect spot for morning coffee, savoring a novel or just gazing at the peaceful sea.

The master bedroom has a king sized bed, en-suite bathroom and flat screen TV. The other upstairs bedroom has a king sized bed and en-suite bath. All of the bedroom are air-conditioned and all feature en-suite bathrooms and TV's. The maximum occupancy of the villa is 12 but it would only be suitable for a maximum of 8 adults as the fifth bedroom is only suitable for children.

Jamaica Villa Ten is fully staffed with a houseman, butler, cook, housekeeper/laundress and gardener. The staff at this memorable villa merits special attention and is the best staff on the island. Roy, the senior staff member, has been with the villa for 42 years. Madge, the cook, will delight you with her sumptuous (and fattening) meals. Indian, the butler and watersports concierge, will make sure that you have plenty of rum punches and arrange and oversee all watersports activities including arranging for jet skis and small sailboats to be brought directly the villa's beach (for additional fees).

Guests will, also, enjoy the private tennis court and extensive grounds of this special villa.
