Jamaica Villa Twenty Two is one of the newest villas located in the Spring Farm area, just past the exclusive Half Moon Golf & Country Club and just ten minutes east of Montego Bay. It is located on lush tropical grounds that offer flowering trees, a massive well-manicured lawn, walking paths and a garden sitting area designed for meditating or perhaps a garden wedding.

The villa features world class Spanish inspired architecture, complete with a massive cathedral and vaulted ceiling, polished wood floors and a magnificent chandelier. Entrance is gained through a grand foyer with an unbelievable stairway leading to the second level.

The interiors feature antique furnishings, Oriental rugs as well as treasured pieces of art and other collectables. The main level features a separate sitting room complete with Satellite TV, VCR and a DVD player. The living room is elegantly furnished and features French doors that open out to a balcony with views of the gardens and sea.

A separate library complete with writing desk provides a quiet haven for reading or relaxing. Next to the library is the formal dining room just perfect for sit down candlelight dinners. The master bedroom is spacious and features a king sized bed, en-suite bath, seating area with table and chairs and French doors opening to a balcony.

The other bedrooms are furnished with a variety of king, queen and twin bed combinations. Please note that only seven (7) of the nine (9) bedrooms would be suitable for couples (you must walk through one bedroom to get to one of the others making those 2 bds. unsuitable for couples).

Outside there is an expansive patio that leads out to the outdoor entertainment area enhanced by the large oval shaped swimming pool.Summerhill offers complimentary membership at The Palmyra Resort and Spa just a 5 minute drive away.
