Day 1

Arrival at Istanbul

Welcome to Istanbul. You will be met by our representative and privately transferred to your hotel. The remainder of the day is at leisure. Overnight in Istanbul

Day 2

Istanbul

Enjoy a full day tour of the Sultanahmet district, the heart of old Istanbul. Firstly we visit the magnificent Hagia Sofia, Hippodrome and the stadium of ancient Byzantium, where an Egyptian obelisk and a bronze sculpture of three entwined serpents from Delphi still survive. We then continue on to the Blue Mosque which owes its name to the exquisite tiles adorning its interior and the world famous Grand Bazaar. After lunch we visit the amazing Topkapi Palace, which from the 15th to the 19th century was the principle residence of the Ottoman Sultans. Then we will visit sixth-century Basilica Cistern return back to hotel. Overnight in Istanbul.

Day 3

Departing in the morning from the hotel. We will take a brief visit to the 17th Century Spice Bazaar which is the second largest covered bazaar in Istanbul and then embark on a cruise along the brilliant Bosphorus. This legendary strait separates Europe and Asia. Winding between wooded hills, it is lined with mosques, castles, 19th century mansions, picturesque villages and the extravagant baroque palaces of the late Ottoman sultans. You will be transferred to your hotel. Overnight in Istanbul .

Day 4

Istanbul Kayseri Cappadocia

After breakfast transfer to Istanbul airport and flight to Kayseri. Arrive in Kayseri Airport and drive to . Rose Valley to explore some older churches. Arrive in Cavusin Village, an old Seljukian and Ottoman village, visit the Cave Mosque. After lunch time continue on to Kaymakli Underground City, the place early Christians hid from persecutors; Ortahisar with its castle. Overnight in Cappadocia

Day 5

Cappadocia

Today you will have the opportunity to experience one of the most amazing parts of Cappadocia. On this full day tour you will visit: Devrent Valley, Zelve open-air Museum, Monk's Valley (Pasabagi) and see the world famous fairy chimneys. After a break for lunch in Avanos we then continue on to the Goreme open-air Museum where you will visit numerous churches and monasteries. Depart for a panoramic view of Esentepe and then to Uchisar, a natural rock castle. Overnight in Cappadocia.

Day 6

Cappadocia Kayseri Izmir Kusadasi

Early morning you can enjoy a hot-air balloon ride and watch the sunrise over the fairy chimneys of Cappadocia - a wonderful (and romantic) adventure. (This is optional - cost is not included in tour price.) Later in the afternoon, transfer to Kayseri Airport for your flights to Izmir and relax at your resort hotel on the Aegean coast. Dinner and overnight at Kusadasi.

Day 7

Kusadasi Ephesus Kusadasi

After breakfast, visit the ruins of the Temple of Artemis, one of the seven wonders of the ancient world. Proceed to the ancient city of Ephesus where you will explore some of the best preserved theatres, fountains and buildings in the world. A definite must while in Turkey. Not to be forgotten is the House of the Virgin Mary on the top of the mountain, a pilgrimage site for many people of all denominations. After the tour, transfer to your hotel. Overnight in Kusadasi.

Day 8

Kusadasi Izmir Istanbul

Transfer to Izmir Airport for your flight to Istanbul. Upon arrival, transfer to your hotel. Rest of the day is at leisure. Overnight in Istanbul.

Departure from Istanbul

Transfer to the airport you’re your flight back to home.
