Villa Twenty Five is a very beautiful 13th century villa located in the Chianti area, approximately 7 miles from Siena. This villa is composed of two separate structures: the main house (3,500 sqft) and the annex (1,500 sqft). The main house is characterized by a watch-tower to which two lateral structures were added over time.

This particular layout, with the annex separate from the main villa, make Villa Twenty Five the ideal property for large groups who will enjoy gathering together yet having their own privacy when needed. The 27 hectares estate where the villa resides produces its own wine which can be served at the villa upon request.

Outdoor Features

The patio features a large outdoor dining table, perfect for shady relaxing and informal dining, and there is also a BBQ grill and outdoor cooking area to prepare delicious local food feasts. The private large swimming pool is reachable through a paved path and there are sun beds around the pool to enjoy hours of sunbathing. The pool has a ladder on one side. Mnicured gardens surround the property for complete privacy.

Special Characteristics

Due to its traditional stone construction and hilltop position, Cipresso remains cool also during the summer months. The spacious grazzy lawns of the estate are perfect for families with children. The location is ideal for wine lovers because it is a great starting point for trips to Chianti Classico and its charming villages of Gaiole, Castellina, the Castle of Brolio, which are to be found within 10 miles of the Villa.

Additional Information:	Surrounded by hills, Florence rises on the banks of the Arno River. One of the greatest art centers of Italy, Florence is home to the Accademia, where you can view Michelangelo's "David," as well as the Uffizi gallery, arguably the most important art gallery in the world. Tour the cathedral with its pink, white and green marble façade and marvel at its remarkable Duomo by Brunelleschi and the gold Paradise door of the Baptistery. Continue to the Piazza della Signoria, the political heart of Florence since the 1300s. Then stroll by the charming jewelry shops of Ponte Vecchio. There is nothing like enjoying a morning coffee and truffle panini at the celebrated Procacci bar before setting out for a serious morning of shopping on Via Tournabuoni. Take a day to scour the Gucci, Armani and Yves Saint Laurent outlets in the outskirts of the city. Siena is also not to be missed. Siena is a beautifully preserved medieval city, constructed of checkerboard brick, and crowned by its Duomo. It was the seat of the Ghibellines who often crossed swords with the Florentine Guelfs during the 13th century. Other highlights of Siena include the beautiful Piazza del Campo where on July 2nd and August 16th of each year the famous Palio takes place.
