Vacation Rental Description
Villa Fourty Five is a beautiful house high on a cliff overlooking the intense blue sea. Views surround from every room of this magnificent property. The owners wanted it to be fun and decorated with vivid orange, red, and pink fabrics and canary-yellow and turquoise walls.

They also added a bocce court, a pool table, and Ping-Pong. It's the perfect party house, with its broad palapa and quirky, multilevel layout (rooms and lounges are tucked into every level; the levels are connected by steps, which lead down to the private beach).

And the cook, Irene, is considered one of the area's best. There is a spacious master suite with his and hers shower, as well as a further five bedrooms all facing the ocean, with air-conditioning, spacious bathrooms, and walk-in closets. Three of the bedrooms have a hook-up for a computer.

The house has a fully equipped gym, fax machine, ping pong table, three kayaks, bocce court, foosball table, billiard table, dart board, and media room with television and satellite hook up, a large library of books, DVDs, VCR cassettes, laser discs, and CDs.

The house is fully staffed with a chef, two maids, gardener, and driver. A local nanny is available at an additional charge and upon request. The driver is at guests' disposal to take them within the immediate vicinity whenever they wish.

There is also a private beach reached by a stairway. There is one of the most beautiful golf courses in the world 40 minutes away, and tennis courts are available at the Hotel Careyes, which is just down the road. A quaint, small restaurant sits on the beach near the hotel.
